Started my day off right with a paleo, gluten free, clean eating, DELICIOUS, GREEN smoothie! Yum, yum, yum! I started with 1/2 of an avocado…. 1.5 small apples, cut into chunks 1 cup of spinach 1 cup of coconut water Tossed it into my Ninja to-go cup and voila. A lovely grab and go breakfast!
